I had an issue with the watch band adapter and Stacey immediately rectified it. She also provided me with instructions on how to adjust the band so that it fits. The band is beautiful and the seller provided top notch customer service. I highly recommended this shop!

In the past I bought several ladie’s watch bands where I’ve had to use a tool to remove the links; my wrist measures 6.25 inches (158.75mm), so I usually remove 4 links (2 on each side/band fits just right, not too snug or loose). This band, which met the stated delivery time, is lightweight & of high quality material. I find the dual fold-over/butterfly clasp fastens soooo much easier than one of my bands with a standard butterfly clasp. And I’m so impressed with how easy the links are to remove (WITH NO TOOL!), that I’m seriously considering how soon I can purchase it in maybe rose gold (I got the black tapered one). Absolutely NO REGRETS!!!

The shipping was very fast and the color is great! The band is also lightweight and stainless steel. Some of the links were very easy to remove and adjusting the band is a fairly simple process. I had some links that were a little stuck that I needed to remove for the band to fit and upon reaching out to the seller she provided solutions as well as offered to remedy the issue themselves if I needed. I was able to get the links off myself and appreciated the great customer service 😊

I ordered the black slim band to go with an Apple rose gold watch and I think it looks great. Rose gold is a tough color to match perfectly, I’ve tried. The manual adjustment for links is easy and quick! Very satisfied
Great (stainless steel) quality, wonderfully designed (no tool needed to remove links. I prefer the elegant & stylish tapered design (and now gunmetal is the only color I don’t have; black is close enough for me)!
